The time has finally arrived where you can save your frequently used messages directly in the Outbound IVR service. We listened, we had a few other projects to work on, but alas, we finally made templates possible!
The process is quite easy - just go through the motions of creating a new job and once you get to the text input, just create your message (or copy/paste from your trusty document you've been keeping for this reason). Once you have the message as you like it, just click Create Template:
Name your template:
Once saved, it will show up under the Templates column for further use:
You also have the ability to delete any template by clicking on the template link and deleting it.
Easy peasy. Hopefully this will make creating jobs just a little bit easier for you!
