For all iWEB MS customers processing payments using CollectorSolutions (CSI):
This morning it was noticed that payment attempts to CSI were timing out. After a quick round of diagnostics including communication directly with the team at CSI, it was determined that the iWEB MS servers were not properly recognizing the level of security employed by CSI. In short: our servers were not trusting theirs.
We obtained the patch needed and applied it to our servers and we are once again able to communicate correctly to CSI and have seen your transactions running successfully through the system since the update.
For your customers that contact you claiming trouble making their payment online, please advise them to try again at this time and it should work normally.
