We have made some modifications to the email and text templates to accommodate different billing scenarios:
Account numbers have been added to outgoing messages
Ability to use a short URL in the message - this can reduce the number of characters in the text message. The URL must be setup by the Utility.
If a customer is signed up for Automatic Payments, the message will note that the balance of $xx.xx will be automatically paid on xx/xx/xxxx (due date)
- If a customer has a balance of $0, the message will note that no payment is needed
