We are officially announcing our new Outbound IVR service! Outbound IVR is for automated call blasting and used for tasks such as placing calls to past due folks at risk of disconnection, in cases where a boil water alert is issued or for any other reason that you can think of.
The addition of Outbound IVR sets Transaction Warehouse apart as one of the only vendors with such a well rounded suite of payment system features and doing so with all of our own engineering, technology and management.
Our system can emulate your Caller ID so that the calls appear to come from your main number. The feature is super easy to use ... all you do is upload a call file (in CSV format), punch up the content you would like the system to read aloud to your customers and a few clicks later you're all set! As of March 1 we are currently wrapping up more detailed reporting features and selectable call retry options, but a few of our clients have been using it for a couple months now so we're opening the feature up to the next wave of folks that would be interested in trying it out. No setup, no minimums and no subscription charges … purely pay-as-you-go as you've come to expect from us! If you are interested in trying it out we will gladly turn it on for you and step you though it: no better way to decide if you could use this feature than to actually see it work! No charge at all for running a couple of test calls to a few internal folks and that gives you a chance to evaluate it on your own.
